Some people were called to serve others through ministry, the military, or politics—but Dr. Phipps was born to serve his community through chiropractic. As a young man, he wasn’t eager to spend many years studying. When he felt the call of God on his life, however, he dedicated himself to an education in chiropractic so he could care for others with excellence.
Helping You Heal From Within
Dr. Phipps has now been in practice for over 40 years. While he’ll move the bone, he knows that God does the healing. He believes that our Creator built in us the ability to self-heal, but our environment and circumstances often get in the way. His job is to find the problem, fix the problem, and then step back and watch the body heal.
Beyond the adjustment, Dr. Phipps invests in patients’ total wellness by teaching you how to help your nervous system work at 100%. He believes true health comes from within. He’ll coach you on wellness principles, like

- Get plenty of sleep

A Life of Service and Passion
Dr. Phipps has taken on many leadership roles for the Junior Chamber of Commerce and currently serves as the chaplain for the Texas Jaycees International Senate Board of Directors. He was awarded a lifetime achievement award in the Junior Chamber International in 1995.
A native of Richardson, Dr. Phipps enjoys traveling, motorcycles, muscle cars, Dallas sports, the great outdoors, good food, and good friends. Nothing matters more to him than his daughter.
