A native of Richardson, Dr. Phipps grew up working at his dad's body shop. His background in mechanics gave him an engineering mind that helps him problem solve the mechanics of the spine. He knows how to create new adjustment techniques as he needs them, rather than depending on theories he read in a book or learned about in school years ago.

Dr. Phipps treats every patient like family. He often sends greeting cards for birthdays and holidays, or gives out red roses for Valentine's Day. He shows up every day to have fun as he builds personal connections with his patients, using his sense of humor to brighten their day. Just thinking about how much he loves his patients makes him choke up. He truly feels that serving people through chiropractic is what God intended him to do.
